Grade 2C students began their adventure with the iPads by participating in a WebQuest. "Welcome to the Web" describes itself as an interactive set of webpages, which can be used to teach children about the internet.
Students also used two iPad apps:
 On March 1, 2C will participate against students world-wide in a virtual mental math competition called World Math Day. This free app can be used prior to March 1 for practice only. |  Drawing Pad is a drawing app that uses photo-realistic tools, such as crayons, pencil crayons, markers, paintbrushes, and stickers. Art can be saved to the iPad's photo library or emailed as an attachment. |
